St Edmunds Society could not be prouder of its students. We have built a community here of strong young men and women that are building both confidence and their employability through meeting new people and gaining their industry-led qualifications. We could not be happier with their progress and one of our favourite things is knowing a student has grown as a person whilst working with us and our training centre.
In the video above you will be able to understand one of our Post-16 students and his theory on life at St-Eds. Shane is strong, independent and enthusiastic about his work.
It is these young people that get left out when it comes to job opportunities. Therefore, educational organisations have to push for their young people to gain the work experience. St Edmunds Society provides work experience for all post-16 students to enable them to gain quality knowledge and address any issues in the industry area.
Thanks to Norwich for Jobs for taking the time and speaking to our CEO, Lorraine Bliss, MBE and Shane.
Now, let us get these young people ready for work!
