Misha is our Catering Tutor at St-Eds. Before joining the team, Misha worked in the Hospitality industry for 11 years, as a chef, silver server and bar staff, most recently running her own kitchen at a local rugby club. She entered the industry because she struggled at school due to dyslexia, so working within a practical industry suited her better. Her favourite topic to teach is baking, as it is a great way to understand maths and science in real life. Her favourite meal to cook is chicken, chorizo, leek and mushroom pie with puff pastry. She loves and admires the hard work and passion of people in the catering industry, and enjoys sharing her passion with the next generation.
