    BBC Look East and the Eastern Daily Press visit St-Eds

    It is always a pleasure to welcome new students to St-Eds, however, two weeks ago we were lucky enough to welcome a particularly special student onto our morning register. James Parker, 16, who has autism, was left feeling disheartened and low on self-esteem after being asked not to return to his previous college due to an admission mix-up.

    However, since joining us part-time at Fullman House, James has transformed back to his normal self. Just as his story attracted the attention of our welfare officers, it also caught the eye of both BBC Look East and the Eastern Daily Press. On Wednesday of this week, we were lucky enough to welcome both a BBC film crew and EDP journalists onto site so that they could both have their take on James’ progress, the links to which can be found below:
