Core responsibilities

· To work closely with students with an EHCP and additional needs to support them with written work, building self-confidence and life skills, supporting with challenging behaviour and helping students to regulate their regulation.

· To support in the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in our City and Guilds Level 1 Multi-Skilled Construction (Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decorating, Electrics, Plumbing)

· To support students to attend and engage in English and Maths lessons, where required.

· To support all students in achieving their potential by taking a pro-active, enthusiastic and flexible approach in accordance with St Ed’s ethos and operating procedures, policies and strategy
