
St-Eds are always encouraging more young women to join the construction industry. In fact we employ two female members of staff who teach Painting and Decorating.
This article is very interesting to read. It shows that female representation in these sectors are still no higher than before.
Why do we still stereotype builders and other construction workers to be males in hard hats? This is certainly not the case.
It is great that St-Eds can boast many young females that are interested in both the construction and motoring careers that are taking their qualifications with us.
