As Gary grafted away in the kitchen, producing a beautiful 3-course meal with one of our catering students, Zac, our catering tutor, Sarah, co-ordinated our two student waitresses, Ebony and Katie, as they were provided with the perfect platform to practice their skills in hospitality.
Despite the nerves, everyone did fantastically well, delivering a fun festive meal for all of the guests. The High Sheriff of Norfolk replied to one of our tweets saying:
BBC’s Children in Need is a wonderful charity and St-Eds was able to proudly raise a massive £400 to donate to the cause. We would like to thank everyone involved for making the day so special and for helping us support an amazing cause whose work is so closely related to the work of St-Eds.
